Pamela Fontaine-Peters is a certified software trainer, ediscovery consultant and paralegal with almost 20 years experience in the legal industry. Pam's industry experience as a Litigation Technology Manager for a national law firm and a strong technical aptitude complements her vision for the use of litigation technologies in the legal market. Through her company, Micrapol Associates Ltd., Pam provides consulting and best practice advice on litigation support issues ranging from e-Discovery, forensic examinations, litigation preparedness, and leveraging tools throughout the litigation process. Pam is the Director of the Toronto Chapter of Women in eDiscovery, a founding member of the Canadian Association of Litigation Support Professionals, a member of the Institute of Law Clerks and the Canadian Association of Paralegals and an active member of several national and international litigation technology associations.
